How long does booking confirmation take?

Fill out a short form—on average, within 15 minutes we’ll send 3–5 available yachts, your reservation, and a secure payment link. The entire process is 100% online and available 7 days a week, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (Cyprus time)
What’s included in the yacht or catamaran rental price?
- Captain and crew services
- Fuel for the standard route near your chosen marina
- Passenger and vessel insurance
- Basic drinks and life jackets (including for children)
Is there a minimum charter duration?

For most yachts — from 2 to 3 hours. Longer cruises (up to a week) are also available; schedules are arranged individually.
How can I pay, and is a deposit required?

You can pay by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. “Pay by Card” is available on almost every yacht page.Security deposit: requirements vary by yacht and itinerary—if a deposit is needed, we’ll show the exact amount and hold policy upfront before you pay
Can I cancel if my plans or the weather change?

If the sea acts up and the port is closed, simply choose a new date — or we’ll refund your payment instantly, no questions asked. If you cancel by choice, a refund is possible with 10–30 days’ notice (the exact period is listed in the yacht’s profile)
Are children and pets allowed?

Children of all ages are welcome — XS life jackets and insurance are included. Pets, however, are not permitted on all vessels; please check when booking
